Built for Dekton, Techsize and Laminam Ultra-Compact Surfaces
This 350 mm silent-core diamond saw blade is purpose-built for cutting ultra-compact surfaces — Dekton, porcelain slabs, Techsize and Laminam — on bridge-cutting machines. A high-frequency welded, double-step segment rim and a damped silent core keep the cut straight and the edge clean, so large-format slabs go from the crate to the installation without chipping, wandering or re-polishing.
Why this blade cuts ultra-compact slabs cleanly
- Silent core, less vibration. The damped steel body suppresses resonance on 350 mm cuts, which is where chipping on sintered and ultra-compact surfaces usually starts.
- High-frequency welded double-step segments. The welded rim holds its segment height under continuous production cutting, and the stepped segment profile opens the kerf progressively instead of hammering the edge.
- 26-tooth fine geometry, 2.0 mm segment. A narrow kerf and a dense tooth count give a smooth, low-load cut on hard, brittle slabs — fewer micro-cracks along the cut line.
- Wet cutting at 60 m/s, EN 13236 compliant. Rated to 3,200 RPM and 60 m/s peripheral speed for wet cutting, manufactured to the EN 13236 safety standard for diamond tools.

Recommended for wet cutting of Dekton, Techsize, Laminam and other ultra-compact or sintered slabs, large-format porcelain and porcelain countertops. Designed for bridge-cutting machines with a 50 mm or 60 mm arbor; run at the machine speed matched to the 3,200 RPM / 60 m/s rating and keep water flow on the full length of the cut.
